Why People Fail in Network Marketing (a.k.a. Multilevel Marketing or
MLM).</h1>

marketing, or multilevel marketing, is one of the best known
examples for work-at-home opportunities. Whether you earn on sales,
memberships, or both, you need to recruit other people, teach them
how to do the selling for the product(s), and how to recruit others
and teach them how to do both. </p>

<h2 style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 153);">So
in order to be a successful multilevel marketer you need to start
with yourself and <span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">become
the best salesperson and recruiter </span>that you
could ever become. <span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">But
this is not enough!</span></h2>

<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">You
also need to become a good teacher and coach. It's easy for some
people to lean how to do the most difficult job in the world, but
they have really hard time showing others how to do it. </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">Teaching
and coaching are not the same. Teaching is to deliver the
knowledge to those who need it. Coaching, on the other hand, involves
you getting them to actually do it and use the knowledge they got from
your teachings. </p>

<h2>So again, in order to become a successful network
(multilevel)
marketer you also need to a<span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">
good teacher and a good coach</span>. </h2>

becoming the above four (salesperson, recruiter, teacher, and
coach) you are increasing your chances of success ...</p>

this doesn't guarantee your success ... here is why:</h2>

<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">You
can only control what you do, but there are factors involved in
the network marketing process that are totally out of your control.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">Examples of factors
out of your control: </h3>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> The market</span>: your
company's main product(s) can be outperformed by another product in the
market, and there is nothing your company can do about it. One live
example is GDI. Back in the days when it started they had a good
product (hosting and domain name) for a reasonable price. Now there is
no way in the world GDI can compete with the worst hosting company or
domain registrar on the planet.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> The regulations</span>:
States like North Carolina enacted an affiliate tax law in 2009. Since
then most companies terminated their programs in those states and are
not accepting any more members from them. Your state could be next! </p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> The success of your recruits</span>:
Like it or not, your downline's success contributes directly to your
own. If they fail you fail with them. Given that you did an amazing job
as a recruiter, teacher and coach, still there are factors around them
that you can not control, like family support, financial emergencies
(too frequently these days), their own motivation, their friends
negative effects ... whatever that has stopped you one day could be
stopping any of them at any time. And the bigger your downline is the
harder it is to keep up with every one of them to make sure they are on
track. Also don't forget health issues and accidents, who knows!</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> The famous 97%</span>: In
all network companies there is a 97% failure whether they admit it or
not. This means for you that you need to recruit 1000 members, train
them properly, and coach them in order to get 30 successful network
marketers in your organization. Is that number enough for you to
retire? Is it enough for you to have 30 (out of a thousand) successful
network marketers under you who can now take care of your business and
grow it for you? Even if that's enough for you, again all of the above
factors (market, product, health, law and regulations) could change for
any of them (or all of them) any time. </p>
</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">I
am not saying that to discourage you, I am just stating what
happened with me. I actually had worse than that when some of my
upline and downline played a dirty game to cut me off.</p>
<h2 style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 153);">Imagine
after all of the struggle you had to build your business any
of the above factors changes and kills it for you! </h2>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">And
that's the most successful example in network marketing. You are
probably not the best salesperson. Your recruits might be not serious
enough to rely on. You could also not be the best teacher, and if you
were, probably your recruits are not the best students. Coaching
needs special training, and there are institutes that give degrees in
coaching, so even if you were natural there is a science in the
coaching process that you need to learn in order to put your natural
skills to work for you and your downline.</p>
<h2 style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">You see how hard
it is to succeed in network marketing?</h2>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;">So
don't feel
like a loser if your network marketing doesn't work the way you were
told it would, simply because that was a <span style="font-weight: bold;">big fat lie</span> from
your
recruiter who only cares about getting you to pay the membership
and/or the autoship month after month. And they would do anything to
get you to do it, like <b>lying. </b>
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">My purpose in this letter to
you is
to state one thing clearly:<span style="font-weight: bold;"> </span></span></p>
<h1 style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">“Working from home does
not necessarily
mean network marketing”. There are better options:</span></span></h1>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">There are other successful
examples that
are both legit and already regulated by federal and state laws. There
are also jobs that you can do from home and get a stable
“salary”
instead of a wiggly commission. </span>
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">If you are like me you probably
started your home based business because you don't like having a boss
to tell you what to do. But trust me on this, if there is no boss to
answer to you'll have to answer to your family when it's time to pay
the mortgage or the rent and your bank account is empty. So, why not
accepting any of the online jobs for now until you have enough money
to invest in the stock market or in the real estate?</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Actually you can start
investing in
real estate without any money if you know how to raise fund from
other investors and split your margin with them after you cycle the

and
art to it. You could raise the funds but risk losing your own home if
things go wrong, so better learn from someone who is doing it right
now instead of risking the loss of your life earnings. </span>

you
can invest in the stock market now then go for it. Usually the guys
in your local bank will be more than happy to help you start for
free, but there is a downside to it: they get up to 90% of your
margin although you take all the risk (it's your money that they are
investing for you). </span>
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.3cm; margin-bottom: 0.3cm; line-height: 150%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">The other option is to learn
how to
do it yourself from someone who is good at it. If you know someone
who can take you as an apprentice then go for it. If not, the second
best is to distant-learn from someone famous like Stephen Cooper.
